Account & data deletion

Use this page to request deletion of your ApplyAI account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email us from the same address used for your ApplyAI account.
2. Use the subject line: ApplyAI account deletion request.
3. Include your account email and (if known) the name shown in the app.

What we delete

After verifying ownership of the account, we delete or anonymize:

• Firebase Authentication account
• Firestore profile and related app data (skills, applications, saved jobs, generated drafts stored for your account)
• Associated analytics identifiers tied to your account where feasible

Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some residual backups or security logs may persist for a limited period before being purged according to our retention practices.

Device data

Resume files stored only on your device are not held in our cloud storage. You can remove local app data by clearing ApplyAI app storage or uninstalling the app.
